- 1 Banana chunk (frozen)
- 2 cups Blueberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup Apple juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instruction (way 1)
Put the blueberries, honey, apple juice, yogurt,banana chunks in a blender and blend. In a glass, serve 3/4 parts with the blueberry smoothie.
Complete with whipped cream.
