- 1 Banana chunk (frozen)
- 2 cups Blueberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup Apple juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup natural yogurt

- Put the blueberries, honey, apple juice, yogurt,banana chunks in a blender and blend. In a glass, serve 3/4 parts with the blueberry smoothie.

You can also use whole milk or almond milk as an alternative to yogurt.
To add a chocolaty twist to your banana-blueberry smoothie, you can add 2-3 tsp of chocolate syrup and top the smoothie with chocolate chips.
