- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a donut pan with nonstick baking spray or grease it with oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add in milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined, making sure there are no avocado lumps.
- Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
